There are no fees for setting up an account with ARS. Setting
up an account is as easy as filling out our ACCOUNT APPLICATION and submitting via fax or mail.

REQUIREMENTS, REQUIREMENTS, REQUIREMENTS … Our
services can be ordered ala carte. A customer service representative will discuss your company requirements and document results
in a JOB EMPLOYEE REQUEST form. Defining the requirements for finding, screening, hiring and processing of candidates will
ensure that all of your company's needs are met with the best possible employees for your projects.
Our Ala Carte
service menu is as follows:
Skilled trade & quantity … Electrician, Plumber, Pipe-fitters, + certification
requirements, Number of employees.
When required and manpower acquisition terms - Approximate start date; Manpower
acquisition terms can be that you would like persons to show up on the job at a certain time and date or that you like the
interview process and want our company to screen all applicants and send those that are qualified for your own face-to-face
interview, drug test and/or physical, etc.
Employment terms … Temporary, temporary to permanent placements,
etc.
Work location, Shift, Hours … State and county (ies), day/eve/split, quantity of hours per day/week.
Work duties performed … The work duties can be verbal or documented so that a job description and company expectation
can be formulated.
Specials* … Drug test, background checks, social security checks, DMV reporting.
* Additional charges may apply.
Once the requirements have been defined, we will QUOTE the effort and supply
a CONTRACT specifying those specific employment terms that will be acknowledged by ARS.

continually search for qualified candidates throughout the duration of your project(s).
We primarily search for
local labor and when necessary we bring in travelers. We profile, test, reference check and screen all applicants so that
we can match your needs with qualified applicants. Additionally, we will have our candidates drug screened, social security,
background and DMV checked at our customer’s request.
We will keep your company representatives informed
of our progress in finding qualified applicants. An ARS resource account specialist will remain in contact with your company
representatives so that we can respond to your company's evolving need for resource solutions. Our commitment is to ensure
