- Clients pay a finders fee based on hours worked. No hourly minimum required.

direct placements, ARS will find employees for either a flat fee or hourly fee, based on a temporary to hire arrangement.

temporary placements, ARS will find employees and cover all employer share of taxes and employee liability insurance with
or without worker's compensation. ARS is willing to find employees for client's payroll for a flat rate or hourly fee.

- For client acquired manpower, ARS can provide a
leasing service to handle payroll, worker's compensation, and human resource responsibilities.
- ARS will disclose employee
pay history to the client if the employee is hired on directly to client company.
- ARS will submit employee profile
and qualification packets to client.
- ARS will perform background checks with drug, security and DMV reports at client's
request.
